"Ma pire réservation d'hôtel"

J'étais venu l'année dernière. J'avais trouvé l'hôtel vétuste et pas très bien entretenu mais bon je m'en étais contenté car le prix de la nuité était bas.

L'année dernière j'avais été surpris par l'absence de serviette de bain dans les chambres mais là aussi je m'étais dit c'est un low cost. En revanche cette année alors que j'allais donner une conférence à Marseille, l'hôtel m'a contacté pour me dire que si je n'étais pas présent avant 23h, l'hôtel serait fermé et que je n'aurai pas accès à ma chambre. J'étais choqué par ce manque de professionnalisme en matière d'hôteller et de fait j'ai dû payer une autre chambre ailleurs car je ne pouvais pas être là avant minuit. En 40 ans jamais je n'avais connu ça. Je demande remboursement.
