Clean, comfortable, spa on 3 floors, ski bus at the hotel. Nice view on the mountains from the lounge room! Service was great: the reception was so helpful! Good breakfast with fresh juices & champaign , great dinner! Eager to visit again🙂

We coudn’t use playground for kids in hotel before 8p.m which is insane because kids are going to bed in that time! So, after skiing when they have to play they couldn’t! And the woman in reception was very rude, which is not allowed in any conversation. We are totaly dissapointed and we will never come back in that hotel just because working hours of playground and woman in front of the reception!!!

We didnt like that for no reason we were forbiden to use playground for our kids, under the exscuse of hotel stuff how they “made a mess” which was not true. So our kids kept on asking to go and stuff didnt alow them. We are talking about small kids 5-6-7 years old which was shocking for all of us. For this reason i would never go back to this hotel as i personaly found it super rude for the amount of money we paid.
