"Der erste Eindruck sollte nicht zählen"

Ingesamt ein schönes Hotel. Der Service beim Frühstück und das Frühstück selbst sind top. Wirklich unterirdisch war die Begrüßung durch den Parkwächter. Erst lässt er mich das Gepäck mit einem defekten Wagen hochschleppen, um dann zu sagen, dass das Zimmer nicht fertig ist und es keinen Gepäckraum gibt. Ein echter Antimensch. Am ersten Morgen wurden wir vom Reinigungstrupp um 05:30 geweckt. Lautstark und mühevoll jeden Stuhl auf dem Parkett gerutscht und der Sauger auf Vollast im Innenhof. Es gab einige Gäste die ebenfalls entgeistert vom Balkon schauten. Dennoch ein schönes Haus in guter Lage, hinterm Travel Charme. Könnte mir vorstellen wiederzukommen, wenn der Parkmensch ein Rhetorik-Seminar bekommt.

Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage beengt und teuer. Jedoch keine Alternative. Hotel top. Ausstattung und Frühstück sehr gut. Im Spa Bereich war wegen Corona nicht alles in Betrieb. Lage in Binz absolut top

Hatte eine junior suite 30 qm gebucht.. Bekam eine kleine von 26 qm.. Das Bad war sehr klein laut Beschreibung größer.. Die Sitzecke wo die Bank fehlte war nicht so wie ich es gebucht hatte... Habe viel Geld bezahlt für ein Zimmer das ich nicht gebucht habe.. Waren wirklich enttäuscht.. Das einzige was uns super gefallen hat war der Service im Frühstücksraum wirklich nett.. Das Frühstück war auch super... Wir waren im letzten Jahr 2 mal in dem hotel.. Deshalb haben wir es nochmal gebucht... War wohl doch ein Fehler...

"Eine tolle Überraschung."

Ein gutes, sauberes, modernes Hotel. Garage mit guter Zufahrt und res. Stellplatz. Saubere Dusche ohne Rost- und Kalkecken. Gute Betten und ausreichend Schrankraum, der Kühlschrank ist eine feine Sache. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Reception.Frühstück müßte nicht so "Müslilastig" sein. Dafür könnte bei der Wurst etwas mehr Abwechslung sein. Sonst alles toll, Kaffee wird bei Bedarf nachgereicht, Personal auch hier freundlich.

Das Hotel und der Service war insgesamt sehr gut.Der Wellnessbereich war auch sehr gut und sauber. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war das 6.30 Uhr im Frühstücksraum das große Stühlerücken begann und wir ein Zimmer direkt darüber hatten und von da an nix mehr mit schlafen war. Frühstück gab es aber erst ab 8.00 Uhr. Wie gesagt ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert ,
