Hotel Valaisia Crans Montana, a Faern Collection Resort

-The room was fabulous -Kettle in the room -The bed and bedding super comfortable -Good pressure in the shower (hand held shower head) -Large balcony withs view and sun loungers -Sauna was good

-No fridge in the room (but as it was winter I left my stuff on the balcony) -The pool area is very small and noisy with kids -Dinner included in the price was absolutely terrible (ate only the buffet stuff as the main was not edible)

Such a nice and clean Hotel. Very friendly staff! Did everything to make us feel comfortable. Our room was big with a beautiful view! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, steps from the lift and walkable from the Fenicular from Sierre. The spa was fantastic, with a dry and wet sauna, and warm pool. On top of that, the staff were very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Valaisia Crans-Montana. Location is excellent as it is both close to the restaurants and bars of Montana but also a 5 minute walk to the Gondola. The rooms are a good size and ours had a balcony overlooking the village. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended.
