Rezeption höflich, nett und sprachlich versiert. Zimmer ok. Allerdings hatten wir große Suiten reserviert. Die zugeteilten Zimmer sahen viel kleiner aus. Aus Zeitgründen keine Reklamation.

Man verliert sich in ewigen Wanderungen und zwei unterschiedlichen Liften, bis man endlich das Zimmer findet. Fernseher ging nicht, bis wir endlich rausfanden, der seitliche ON-Schalter rechts am Gerät war OFF. Und die Klimaanlage bzw. die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Abdeckscheibe bei der Dusche fiel runter.

Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Die Größe war völlig ausreichend. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Die Bettdecken waren sehr dick.
