Saltelele prea moi, am venit cu migrene si dureri de spate 🙈. A fost cam cald in camera.

No tea or coffee in the room

Location right at the back of cathedral and centre of town pedestrian area. Very quiet room, facing rear of building and away from street facing area, important considering it is above restaurant and bar which have great food and drinks

Worn out furniture, congested room with too many items put together randomly, armchair worn out should be replaced with smaller one. Table and chairs should be replaced with one small round table & one chair. New Towels should be provided from same set. Hard drier properly hung. Third bed in the roof recess should be avoided.

Das Hotel liegt für Köln Touristen ideal in der Altstadt mit Sicht auf den Rhein. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr zugänglich.01

Das gebuchte Dreibett Zimmer bestand aus zwei Betten und einem alten Schlafsofa, anders als in den Fotos dargestellt. Das Sofa war eine echte Katastrophe und war kaum nutzbar.

Merkezi olmasından dolayı tek gecelik konaklamalarda idare eder.
