For reservations of more than 1 room/apartment, the property will charge a deposit of 50% of the reservation. In addition, cancellation policies apply 30 days before arrival. Please note that check-in after 20:30 is only available upon request with code. Please contact the hotel in advance for confirmation. Please note that the entrance time to the car park is at 14:00 and the exit at 11:30. If you need to extend the hours, check availability with the hotel. All rooms are smoke free. Smoking is totally prohibited in the rooms. In case of smoking in the room, a charge of €150 will be applied for exceptional cleaning. Bachelor or bachelorette parties and any other type of celebration are not permitted. Noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Check in after 22:00 has a extra cost of 30€. -------------------------- Para reservas de más de 1 habitación o apartamento, el establecimiento cobrará un depósito equivalente al 50% del importe total de la reserva.
