The location is amazing, love to ski in and out. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the food and dining service were wonderful with a delicious varied menu every night. The spa was beautiful and perfect for a long day on the slopes.

The rooms are noisy and you can hear people in adjoining rooms. There is nowhere to go to escape noisy children if you don't have children yourself and you just want a quiet drink somewhere. The kids entertainment every night is right next to the bar area so kids running around and Baby Shark playing at top volume! Not very relaxing. You're allocated a dining table where you spend every meal for the duration of your stay, in our case we were in a corner between 2 tables that didn't speak a language that we knew so there was no chance to speak to other people and socialise at meal times which I would have preferred.
