Notfallmanagement!! Nachts war eine Feueralarm gegen 4:00 Uhr. Alle mussten raus, Ansprechpartner gab es nach längerer Zeit einen. Ich selbst musste die Feuerwehr rufen, das wurde vom Hotel nicht gerne gesehen und auch offen hinterfragt! Am Morgen wurde nicht ein Wort darüber verloren, wie z.B. War der Rest der Nacht noch ok, oder sorry für die Unannehmlichkeiten! Dürfen wir sie zum Frühstück einladen, oder einfach ein paar nette Worte!! Einfach nichts!! Schon sehr unprofessionell !! Hätten sich alle Gäste anders gewünscht!

Zimmer war geräumig und sauber

Frühstück war sehr laut und geräuschkulisse wie auf ein Bahnhof Wir waren außerhalb Frühstücken
