Stavros, The owner is great, friendly and willing to help anytime. He really makes our holiday much better. The beach is very close, 5 minutes to get there The old town is in walking distance

After reading lots of favourable reviews I was very disappointed with the studio and facilities. The positives are good location and fantastic views. Close to the beach and about 15 mins walk into Skiathos Town along a busy road. Stavros is lovely and picked us up and returned us to the airport but charged us 25 euros each way.

Advertised as having a pool, but the pool is not on site and costs 5 euros each per day to use. Bathroom was tiny and very dated and smelt of dirty drains. Kitchen very basic no microwave.

Csodás kilátás. Nagyon közel van a Megali Ammos Beach, éttermek, boltok. A kikötő és a belváros gyalog is elérhető. Busszal könnyen megközelíthető a reptérről. Stavros nagyon segítőkész. A korai repülőhöz intézett transzfert is. A szállás megfelel a fotóknak.

A szálláson lehetne seprű és felmosó, mert mi nagyon sok homokot hordtunk fel és jó lett volna,ha egy alap takarítást megtudunk csinálni magunk után. Egyébként minden nap takarítottak, szóval a tisztasággal amúgy nem volt gond.

The room was spotless, but very OLD. The mattress was very old and hard, and the bathroom facilities were very old and the water pressure was almost non existent.

Wi fi un po’ lento anche se Stavros si sia premurato di mettere più router nelle varie zone degli appartamenti
