GBI have coeliac disease, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with the same condition or even a gluten intolerance. When booking a trip to Italy, look no further. They provided a fantastic dinner and breakfast, complete with gluten-free croissants, pain au chocolate, and freshly cooked bacon and scrambled eggs. The service at the hotel was amazing. During our bike trip across Italy, we stayed at several hotels, but none could match the charm and personal attention at the Sud Hotel. From the front desk to the wait staff, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome, and they had a secure place to store our bikes overnight. The location is top-notch, with a sandy beach just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
