Cezar Hotel

Very clean hotel and the staff are very friendly and attentive. There is a bar adjacent to the hotel which makes it convenient to have a drink and get back to your room without having to take transportation. Room was a little snug in terms of size, but I'd rather have the level of cleanliness than a huge room. Reasonably priced as well.

Hotel si far from city center and I think this is industrial zone. Rooms are to small, no toiletries, and reception guy is not for this type of job. I felt like I on wrong way and have to stay in some creepy hotel. Not recomended. 👹

Stayed for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially by purchasing, at no extra cost, bus tickets from BL to Sarajevo-as I couldn't buy them online. There might be "better" hotels in BL but not could be more fit for purpose given its central location and proximity to the bus station.

Cezar hotel is a nice hotel very close to Banja Luka Downtown. Cosy, clean rooms, good Wi-Fi connection, recently refined furniture and, mostly, nice and disposal personnel. Ideal for 1-2 layover for business or leisure.

This is a great hotel for Banja luka standards. True, the room/restrooms are small, no elevator but there is a free secure parking, lovely cafe at the entrance and you get a superb crib if you have a baby! Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful! We will definitely be back. Thank you for the extreme professionalism

Nice small hotel not so far away from city center.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is complete. The few negative points are there is no elevator and there was cigarette smoke smell in the room. Probably a guest decided to smoke in a bathroom.
