Platinum Park Serviced Apartments

Too much noise coming from the housekeeping room as it is located in the middle of the rooms on the 4th floor. They are not making up the room regurlarly.

Fair price and good rooms condition compared with other options at the area. I would say the best for its price.

Overall an excellent stay. Very Friendly staff .

The lighting was weak . It was not good . It makes the eyes not comfort .

It was astonishing when the reception rejected my reservation upon arrival!!though I've show him the confirmation leter an number. After I asked to see the manager incharge to solve this dillemma! They've accepted to let me in,on the condition that No more Hotel .com will be accepted!!

Hotel reception unprofessional, we had to call to get shower towels twice as non were available, food that was finished wasn't refilled in the buffet

The level of service and help and information I received was great. I've stayed in other hotels in Taif at twice the price with worse service

Initially AC was not working well and leakage in muslim Shower. but both were fixed upon request. Reception lack in English understanding but very cooperative. Room size is very good and wasrooms were clean Ample Parking Location is quite. Overall a good 3-star hotel.

The staff was very nice, but the phone number listed on Expedia was wrong and nobody knew where the hotel was. Overall, it was fine for a night, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
