It was my family's and I first Time visiting catalina and we decided to stay at this gorgeous hotel the reason why was because it was in the center of everything, we got to check in early , we stayed there for 2 nights let me tell you , the staff was WONDERFUL!!! I have a toddler so they let me used their staff microwave.. also at 4pm you get a free wine glass and cheese . Im coming back forsure!!! Lovee itt

This hotel has rooms that are facing outside like a motel, but all of the beautiful plant gardens and flowers make it feel so secluded and serene. I had booked 2 rooms, one was with a patio area. We wanted our rooms together so we were moved upstairs. They were so awesome and let us even check in early! They have a complimentary wine/cheese hour every night. Very nice! We weren’t able to take advantage of the $20 food/bev credit because since it’s out of season, restaurants are not open or close early. We will definitely be back and the pavilion will be our first choice!

ordered two times with Expedia, 1st time I ordered with breakfast, but my client still was charged for breakfast, 2nd time still ordered with breakfast, but when checking in, my client was told they can not find the information regarding breakfast, after dispute, my client got a card for breakfast for one person only. Very bad experience.
