Hotel Riu Festival

Hervorzuheben ist die großartige Freundlichkeit der Angestellten. Angefangen in der Küche, wenn man beim Buffet ein Essen geholt hat, kam ein nettes Hallo, das Service war schnell - freundlich und perfekt. Die Reinigungsarbeiten wurden mit Sorgfalt durchgeführt und auch hier kam ein nettes Hallo mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Und am Ende ein großes Dankeschön an das Management an der Rezeption, die flexibel, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich waren. Für mich ist dieses Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!!! Naughty naughty Expedia! Arrived at 1.30am after a delayed flight to be told we weren’t staying at the RIU Festival we were now being moved to another hotel as Expedia had overbooked the Hotel Rooms!! Wasn’t a very happy bunny! 😠 Moved to a different hotel which in future I will book directly as I just don’t trust the booking system Expedia has now!

Hotel is half board ie. comes inclusive of buffet breakfast and dinner - only drinks needs to be paid for separately. The restaurant is extremely well run with good food, great variety of food in the buffet and fantastic service from the staff. They even prepared cold dinner platters for guests who check-in after the dinner service, which was very thoughtful as my flight was delayed and I arrived hungry. Overall I found our stay very worth it and would highly recommend.

Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de la playa, paseo marítimo con oferta gastronómica y comercial. Las instalaciones del hotel limpias y actuales. El buffet, bajo mi punto de vista, muy bueno (variedad y calidad). Lo mejor del hotel, el personal. Desde el personal del recepción hasta el personal del comedor que son muy amables, te atienden siempre con una sonrisa. Totalmente recomendable.

Alround excellence . Staff and facilities.

The staff where fabulous, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the food was excellent and the entertainment entertaining. My only criticism was the smoking areas, the one by the pool spoils the air swimming and relaxing in that area, the area at the main front door meant that you continually stepped out into someone smoke pollution which created a bad impression as you arrived, it also tended to drift into the reception area.

El servicio es excelente, incluyó media pensión que nos dieron desayuno y cena. Llegamos tarde y había un bufet ligero y el día que nos fuimos temprano igual. Me encantaría regresar en invierno

Super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis in den Winter Monaten. Die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption lässt jedoch rapide nach, sobald man seine Karte rausgezogen und bezahlt hat. Insgesamt dennoch schöne Zimmer mit gutem Essen.

En general ha estado bien. Los camareros son todos geniales, pero creo que trabajan bajo una presión poco acertada y es notable en los servicios, es una pena. Lo único a mejorar es la presión por retirar los platos. La variedad de comida muy bien, y todo muy bueno. Las habitaciones en general bien, un poco de frío, pero nada exagerado. En los baños las toallas (para nuestro gusto) un poco pequeñas. El trato de los trabajadores, del primero al último, MUY BIEN.

Amazing variety and plenty of food, especially for dinner. Hotel has no private parking but a lot of free parking places are available in front of the property and along surrounding streets. There is no paid parking zone in this area.
