Island Magic Beach Resort

Our premium ocean view room was so perfect! Incredible view and very comfortable. The housekeeping kept it spotless and replenished coffee, water and towels as needed. The office staff were very pleasant and helped us arrange round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel. We also enjoyed our day we spent at the north side property - loved the turtles and stingray decorations in the pool. The taxi driver they arranged took our bags downstairs and was on time at 6am! We enjoyed the restaurant and bar employees and the pool was refreshing. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I can’t say enough great things about Island Magic. Victor picked us up from the ferry dock and from that point forward it was a perfect stay. The front desk were all very pleasant. Hanging out at the pool/bar and restaurant with Victor, Gord, Marybelle and Arosily was like being with friends I have known forever. Their smiling faces made our stay delightful. Our room was cleaned and organized extremely well every day. You can tell everyone there takes pride in their jobs. Sitting out on the dock sunbathing, sitting in the swings having a drink or having dinner on the rooftop were so relaxing. We can’t wait to return to visit our new friends at Island Magic!

The room and view were just great. but the real standout, was the staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly.

The bar area could use a little more vibe. Kind of bright and sterile. And please, refrigerate your wines. It's too warm to keep them out. You could just display an empty bottle, and serve cooled wine.

Nice layout with spacious comfortable rooms, good AC and a beautiful pool/bar area. We had a great arrival experience but unfortunately a couple things were offputting: Paid bike rentals… our other hotel had free bikes but this big place charges? Lame. Also every employee pushed their other resort, not sure but giving villa sales pitch vibes, came on too strong. Also the bar has a $20 card minimum? Tiny restaurants nearby don’t but this big company does? For my $17 drink when I’m a guest. Finally, they offered to arrange a ride to the water taxi for us (unprompted) so we arrived at the agreed time and they couldn’t find their driver or handle the fact people were checking in. We had to get a ride from other guests or we would have missed the boat. We were fine to walk but if they offer a service and we delay accordingly, they really should’ve been able to deliver. Instead they were flustered and had no solutions.

Best customer service ever my party of 7 was early they went over and beyond to accommodate us by letting us Waite at the hotel with access to everything until our rooms were ready , they constantly checked on us and made sure everything we needed was given to us , I absolutely loved the welcome and the positive and very friendly attitude of the staff in the reception area I can’t Waite to stay there again beautiful hotel great location close to everything especially the water taxi they even managed to help me get a cart rental for the day thank you so much Alma Dawson

Can’t say anything negative

Located on the beachfront in Caye caulker three minutes walk from the water taxi. Rooms were tidy and spacious with a fridge, kitchenette and a table and chairs. Pool area is small but had enough chairs for everyone. Restaurant has a great view of the sea. Staff were helpful.

Office staff was great. Lorena is a gem. Restaurant was great.
