Everything was well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable after long days of exploring the ruins and waterfalls. The swimming pool is a big highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect for cooling off in the warm Chiapas climate. The common areas are beautifully designed, with plenty of space to sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They assisted with directions, transportation tips, and always greeted guests with a smile. The restaurant offers tasty food, especially breakfast, which is a great way to start the day before visiting the Palenque archaeological site. The location is ideal: close to the Palenque ruins and natural attractions, yet far enough from town to feel quiet and serene. If you want a comfortable stay immersed in nature, Hotel La Aldea Palenque is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was comfy, clean and the grounds and surrounding area are truly beautiful. It felt very much like being in the heart of the jungle, but with the luxuries of a bed, aircon, a stunning pool and good food!

Hotel w bliskiej odległości od stanowiska archeologicznego z basenem i restauracją w klimatycznym otoczeniu w dżungli. Domki z hamakami oraz apartament z jacuzzi.

It is like living in Paradise. The room is big, the patio outside the room is perfect for a relaxing evening. Nice pool and restaurant with excellent service and food. . Very short walk to the archeological site and the Aluxes Ecoparque
