De locatie was top. Super mooi aangelegde omgeving.

Er zat een verlaagde verdieping in de vloer langs de wand. Ik ben er hard door gevallen, omdat je het in de nacht niet ziet en je het ook niet verwacht. Ik miste een telefoon voor naar de receptie. Voor calamiteiten etc. Het zwembad en de bedjes waren niet echt schoon en onderhouden. Het nodigde niet uit.

Het hotel ligt op een hele mooie plek in de jungle op slechts een paar minuten van de archeologische site van Palenque.

Het hotel is zeker geen 4 sterren, maar maximaal 3 sterren. Het hotel mist charme, de staat van onderhoud is over het algemeen slecht, het komt allemaal erg krakkemikkig over. Kamers zijn erg basaal, geen koelkastje, koffie en thee faciliteiten of TV.

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful setting and comfortable rooms

I would have loved mosquito netting at the windows so that I didn't have to use air conditioning which is not necessary during the cooler season
