Hamilton House Inn

I liked that it was an historical property and it did not smell moldy.

Beds were comfortable but the bathroom fixtures were rusty and the water is brown. The breakfast was passable but inn keeper kept running his fingers through his hair while preparing our food. Needs to work on food hygiene skills.

We stayed in the Renate room, it was stunning! The decor and ambience perfect! Wonderful breakfast and conversation with the owners son. Will definitely stay again!

I opted to stay at the Hamilton House Inn over night rather than a traditional hotel. It was so quiet, I couldn't hear any road noise. Most hotels are built near highways and almost always there is road noise. The Hamilton House in is in a quaint town and it a very walkable area. My room was well appointed and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Check out the awesome views from the second level decks if you stay here. The host is wonderful!

Perfect stay for people who enjoy quiet homey space and personal experience.

A lovely place to stay. Very nice. However I would recommend that for the breakfast that is served, that the person preparing the food put on gloves and hair net. Found a hair in my fruit bowl. Also should be mindful that cross contamination can happen while handling cell phone calls and going back to meal prep without washing hands. May also suggest having a plant based sausages option.😊

Wonderful stay in a beautiful room. Very festive holiday decorations in the area.loved our stay! Great cooked to order breakfast made by a very friendly and informative young man. Will return!
