cost on booking.com was almost double what is is locally if you just walked in BEWHERE

Sleep not possible with loud noise until 6 am.

Location is great if you want to party.

If you want to sleep, go elsewhere. There is noise from the outside and also the stairwell is noisy in the night. The pipes from the Aircon just empty outside the balcony which makes sitting there no pleasure. Also the balcony was packed with two aircons and the view was blocked by cables. The staff was stressed, maybe because of the high season.

Location was god and breakfast excellent although not as good a choice for meals as previously.

The choice of dinners was quite limited.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the central entertainment area of Pattaya.

My room was situated at the front of the building. It was extremely noisy until 3-4am in the morning. Sleep was difficult.

Great place to stay when in Pattaya. Sports bar downstairs with excellent western food.

A little noisy at night but most places are in Pattaya.

You changed me 1500 bate a night, l was in a 500 a night room, no kettle no shaving pint in the bathroom, l slipped on the bathroom floor, cut my arm open and hert my back, l spent all my holiday in my room in pain ( ask the manager) and there was building work 7 days a week, it was disgusting, but will you refund me? We know the answer to that don't we, Phil day.
