SMILE SMART INN HAKATA

The room is clean and the staff was kind. Room was quite small but acceptable considering the reasonable price. The hotel is not hard to find but it's quite far from the city.

部屋に入ってすぐにタバコの匂いが気になってしまった。 部屋もお風呂も写真でのイメージよりも狭かったけど、きれいにしてくれてあったし 不便はなかったです。 福岡サンパレスまで歩いて行けるので、ライブに行くにはとっても便利でした。

国際会議場やサンパレスなどのイベント会場に近く、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるので便利でした！ 部屋も広くて、大きなキャリーバッグも広げられます！

きちんとした対応をしていただきました。 ただ、オートロックドアの開け方をもう少し教えてくれるとありがたいです。鍵を指したまま押すんですね。

ホテル到着時は、回りにあまり何もないようで心配しましたが、近所にコンビニが二軒あり、食事できるところもあり、ホッとしました。駐車場に関しても、周辺に複数あるコインパーキングをホテルスタッフに親切に紹介していただきました。夜、ぶらぶらしてみると、中洲へも徒歩圏内で出かけることもできました。満足しています。

I chose this hotel as it was close to the Port where I would be leaving Japan by Ferry, it was a it of a walk from Hakata Station but we later found the subway so it wasn't really that far to catch a train (which a also goes to the Airport) the Hotel is small and the rooms were also small especially the bathroom but that is common in Japan. The rooms were basic but also very clean and quiet, although there were not that many guests during out visit.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the city center's places of interest. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, price is good. Recommended

The staff is very nice and gives a lot of hints, if one need it. The rooms are small and not soo clean, but the beds are cozy and everything works as it should (aircondition, shower, freezer, hair dryer,...) You will also recieve toothbrushes, razors, soap, towels, slippers and yukata for the night. Price and condition are absolutely okay.

I stayed in this hotel just as a stopover as I had an early flight the next day. The staff at the hotel was great, but the rooms walls were really thin and I couldn't get to sleep. Also, the light from the clock is really bright while sleeping. The room also wasn't cleaned very well (I found some hairs on the couch and a bandaid on the rooms chair). The room itself was quite large and the air conditioning worked well. For the price, it was a decent hotel.

Nice hotel with very accomodating staff. Room appears to be old but good enough for sleeping. All in all a nice hotel to have a good rest after a day of exploring the city.
