福岡国際会議場、マリンメッセ福岡、福岡サンパレスで行われた会議に参加するために宿泊。上記いずれの施設も徒歩圏なので非常に便利。会議中の休憩時間に部屋に戻ることも可能な距離。比較的大きなコンビニが近くに二軒。有名ラーメン店も至近。部屋はコンパクトながら清潔。宿泊料金の変動大きく要注意。
