The beach was perfect! It was so beautiful and the staff were lovely! The children loved swimming there.

The rooms were spacious but shabby. The price was good but the accommodation was mediocre. We couldn't use the kitchen and that was disappointing.

Beautiful beach, close to the airport but not no close (not noise), very kind and helpful staff. The room is Basic but has everything what is necessary (A/C, fridge, cosy bad, etc).

Its hard to find, and the restaurant is open just for periodical times.

Entri nella prima porta e trovi il bagno ed il letto.. dopo il letto apri la seconda porta e sei direttamente sulla spiaggia. Per gli amanti del mare questo è impagabile.. La stanza è piccola ma ha tutto quello che serve, è pulita ed il letto è comodo. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci ha dedicato del tempo per spiegarci cosa vedere a Catania. Il bar/ristorante all'interno della struttura offre buoni piatti a dei prezzi assolutamente onestissimi.

Soggiornato in due persone, esperienza negativa. All’arrivo ci hanno chiesto 100€ (50€ a testa): 16€ per la tassa di soggiorno (corretto), ma i restanti per 2 lettini e 1 ombrellone. Sul sito è scritto “spiaggia a pagamento” e che l’utilizzo della spiaggia privata richiede un supplemento, ma da nessuna parte è indicato che sia obbligatorio. Ho chiesto esplicitamente se potessi evitare e la receptionist ha insistito che fosse scritto – falso. La struttura lascia molto a desiderare: Pulizia carente: ragnatele negli angoli, lampadari sporchi, zanzariere e tavolo da pranzo esterno in pessime condizioni. Alloggio scomodo: letto matrimoniale in realtà due singoli uniti, presa elettrica solo da un lato, cucina con una manopola del gas girata su “aperto” (fortunatamente senza bombola collegata). Servizi scarsi: all’arrivo mancava addirittura un set di asciugamani. In seguito, asciugamani, lenzuola, carta igienica e shampoo-doccia sono stati cambiati solo dopo 6 giorni, praticamente quando stavamo andando via. Inoltre, le asciugamani “pulite” mostravano comunque macchie leggere, segno che non erano state lavate bene: con tutti i soldi che chiedono, almeno un set nuovo si potrebbe comprare. Sicurezza discutibile: asciugacapelli consegnato su richiesta ha fatto scintille appena collegato. Bagno deludente: lavandino vecchissimo, doccia con porte difficili da aprire e scarico intasato – durante la doccia si formava una pozzetta d’acqua fino alle caviglie, con capelli incastrati nei binari. A prescindere dal fatto che fosse indicato che non c’era il bidet, nel 2025 è davvero scandaloso che un bagno in camera ne sia privo. Wi-Fi praticamente inesistente: in camera non arrivava, e quando ogni tanto si collegava non funzionava quasi per niente. Infine, musica alta fino alle 3 del mattino, cosa mai segnalata. In conclusione: prezzo sproporzionato, informazioni poco chiare e manutenzione insufficiente.

The resort was amenable and secure, well appointed and well designed. It was very good value and very clean and tidy. A lovely little resort. Lovely people and really very wholesome, good quality, wonderful food appropriate to the climate and location. Accommodation was provided in comfortable chalets and well appointed bungalows, all with private facilities, Air-conditioning and fridges of a good standard. WiFi capable and dependable electrics in the rooms fitted with decent TVs. The plumbing worked well; faultless showers and reliable ablutions. Beaches are patrolled by “Bay-Watch” lifeguards. It is noteworthy that all of the guests seemed to be having a very, very good time with few complaints all universally enjoying themselves enormously.

Between Catania Port and the Riserva Naturale Oasi del Simeto there is maybe 5 kilometres of scores of individual beach Lido. This resort is maybe the penultimate one. Many are brash and incredibly loud, blaring out summer Euro-rock. It is fortunate that this resort is separated from most of them by restricted beaches belonging to or exclusively for the families of the Customs agency and the military - otherwise the infernal repetitive music might have been more of an annoyance than it was. The geography is fantastic; a beautiful Mediterranean beach location but marred by over intensive use every step closer to Catania. It is only this far along the beach that the “music” diminishes to a tolerable background annoyance. Stay at this (the southern end) of the beach.
