"Reasonable for the price. Staff could be more attentive to guests especially at check in time."

Good location. Room was comfortable although there were no tea or coffee making facilities and only 1 pillow. Breakfast was basic but reasonable for the price and included freshly made tea and coffee.

The guy at check in did not volunteer or explain much about the room or facilities. He asked if we needed help with the luggage which we needed to get up multiple flights of stairs. Not realizing there wasn’t a lift, we said no. It was clear anyone would need help to get 2 large suitcases up those stairs. If he was enthusiastic, he would have simply got off his chair and assisted.
