The hotel rooms are very nice, large and spacious, ever room has a nice balcony and the property has beutiful tropical plants and flowers every where. Swing pool is small but nice. The sunrise in the morning is very nice the place is quiet and serene. The staff is very kind and always smiling. However few things that are a disappointing is that the bathroom are very basic infact ugly, almost like staying in a hostel. The food needs improvement as it lacks authenticity and character. The beach infront of the hotel is very dirty I had engine oil on my feet after walking on the beach. The hotel is very secluded with nothing around, while this lets alot of peace and quiet it's too quiet for more than one night stay as the hotel does not have much to do apart from an average size pool, given that the beach is unusable. These things lead the experience to feel overpriced for what you get as much nicer and complete experience is in proper mui ne beach with many hotels reasonably priced offering the works. I hope the hotel can improve this and thus creating an experience which one would like to repeat.

The place was amazing and the beach was really nice. They offer fresh fruits if you plan to stay in the swimming pool instead of going to the beach. The food at the restaurant was great - we love the freshness of the seafood combining with a taste of European cuisine which you will rarely find at other resorts here. I especially loved the clam congee - "Chao Hen" which was beyond amazing. Overall, the experience was fulfilling. I have been traveling to other areas in Vietnam and have seen clearer beaches. Although the beach was nice here, I wish it could've been clearer like ones up north such as Da Nang. My girlfriend loved it though since that was her first time to Phan Thiet.

Peaceful place, love it. The hotel located in a quite area, far from the city so its really quiet and just right in front of the beach. I enjoy the fresh air, the view and the nature surrounded. I like the style of the hotel, a mix of European design in the room and Asian tropical garden. There is not so many restaurant and activities nearby, u will need to travel about 18km to the city and other sightseeing. But its not a problem with us as we enjoy driving around to discover more. If u come here with purpose of relaxation, this is a perfect choice.

So, read the reviews, booked and checked in today, 2 1/2 hours in to our stay and more fool us! I have no idea what resort others were staying at when writing their reviews but so far what we are seeing and experiencing is the polar opposite! The website photography gets 10/10, actual presentation 4/10, this place has not seen a paint brush since it opened. Rust everywhere, can’t open the sliding door to bathroom without slipping a disc. Air con not working, not tried the plumbing yet as we spent over an hour waiting for a small lunch order. Food is awful, let’s just leave it at that for now. Owners been away since Dec 30th 2018 so no chance of getting any traction on recourse, booking is non refundable so we are stuck here for 4 nights. So off we will go in search of edible food that matches what the menu says and let’s see what surprises we are in store for breakfast........... By the way, we are 10 years in Vietnam and seen it all but this for a foreign owned resort is a disgraceful mis-representation ! The great escape starts .....

Love this place, for couples and families. So romantic, great to celebrate anniversaries, clean, stuff is friendly and helpful. Food is delicious, western and Asian, great spa... We will come back again soon.

We stayed at the hotel area for three nights and to be honest, I hadn’t done my homework that well when I looked it up… It’s located a bit far of but since the taxis are quite cheap this is not a major deal, but you are “stuck” with the food that offers at the hotel (we walked 700 m to another local place and that was ok too..). It looks so pretty in all pictures, and it is. The decorations & interiour in our villa was nice and it felt exclusive and spacious. But the small extra room was a bit simple – like an “attached cabin” to the villa – but the manager was service minded and proactive and offered us an extra bed – free of charge – that we could use in the villa so our teenagers could sleep. Highly appreciated. The staff did everything they could and more to meet our requests and delivered a high service! Super friendly and sweet! The sad part is that everything surrounding the area is torn down or not even built – and the beach is filled with garbage (the try to keep the small hotel part clean, but it still is just sad). They had to fix our TV, Wi-Fi, sun umbrella, hot water and even the “movie” didn’t work – so there was a lot of maintenance that affected the overall experience of our stay. Even though they fixed if after a while! The breakfast was good, and our kids really appreciated the pasta etc. they cooked, but it’s not a sensational restaurant, but it works if you don’t expect too much. So – a mix of a lot of thoughts… we had a nice stay by the pool (that is nice & warm!). We did. But expected more.

The room clean and neat staff very helpful and friendly beach to area around look nice also quiet good place to enjoy they also host movie night top floor of reception hall.... Definitely recommend to family and friends to go here thank you for your services

Green oranic was really a good hotel the firstly,the staff was very friendly and helpful when i made a check in they always followed me and asked me can i helped you the secondly, the food was delicious (special the seafood is taken from the sea by the boat , the fisherman) the finally, the room was comfortable and large thank you so much see you soon!!!!

I stayed here 2 nights and i was so surprised at the first sight and i had to say "wow" cause the way they decorate every thing in hotel so cute and elegant.the staff was so awesome and helpful . Food is so tasty .pool was so cleaned .the boss always take care of guests .beach and garden were so cleaned and peaceful.inshot , one word " great "
