أكثر ما أعجبني في الإقامة هو التعامل الراقي والاحترافي من موظف الاستقبال والمدير المناوب. كانا متعاونين جدًا محترمين وحرصا على تقديم أفضل خدمة للنزلاء. شكرًا لهما على حسن الضيافة.

للأسف كانت التجربة دون التوقعات. رائحة الغرفة كانت مزعجة جدًا وغير مقبولة، وحتى بعد تغيير الغرفة استمرت الرائحة الغريبة وغير المريحة مما يدل على أن المشكلة ليست في غرفة واحدة فقط. كما أن روائح الطبخ كانت تملأ منطقة الاستقبال بشكل مستمر وهو أمر لا يليق بمستوى الفندق. كذلك فإن مدخل الفندق وآلية الوصول إليه غير واضحة ومربكة للزوار مما أعطى انطباعًا سلبيًا منذ لحظة الوصول.
