Assistance and guide dogs are allow in the property. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. Hotel Vegas is a three-story hotel, located in downtown Santiago, it is a national monument, therefore there is no elevator and we are not allowed to make any modifications to the hotel. A deposit may be required at the property.

It was located in beautiful part of central area and very safe. The staff were very kind and helpful. The building was a grand old building with interesting history.

The bed was very bouncy and soft so not so easy to sleep. We did have to climb 4 flights of stairs with heavy bags which might be hard for some travellers.

En general muy bien todo, instalaciones sencillas pero bien, buen desayuno, buena atención, buen servicio. Un edificio con valor histórico bien conservado. Acorde a nuestras necesidades

Deberán mejorar la aislación sonora para no escuchar voces de la habitación de al lado!

Brilliant location. Breakfast was good and served early.

Very noisy if your room is facing the street, windows not insulated so noise from the bar below into the early hours
