Assistance and guide dogs are allow in the property. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. Hotel Vegas is a three-story hotel, located in downtown Santiago, it is a national monument, therefore there is no elevator and we are not allowed to make any modifications to the hotel. A deposit may be required at the property.

Les escaliers mais c’est une maison ancienne et il est impossible de mettre un ascenseur

A senhora Marbelis nos recepcionol muito bem, chegamos cedo e mesmo assim, ela nos colocou no quarto, no passeio do dia seguinte eu solicitei o café da manhã para levar e prontamente fui atendido. Foi tudo perfeito, recomendo, a localização é excelente 👏👏👏

Uma dica! poderiam mudar o roupeiro, ele é muito feio 😀

Cama confortável, lençóis e toalhas limpos e novos. Ótima ducha quente. Bom café da manhã. Atendimento simpático. Serviços ótimos. Hotel charmoso e perfumado. Sem luxo, mas com estilo. Ótima localização ao lado do centro e próximo do metrô. Local tranquilo para dormir.

Wi-fi do quarto pode melhorar. TV só funciona youtube. No quarto que ficamos não tinha frigobar, mas não foi problema.
