"Enjoyed my stay. Perfect break, very relaxing"

Breakfast is amazing

Danish cakes and croissants. More jam variety needed. The salad I had in the lounge did not contain everything as stated in the menu. Coffee is very strong, flavour a little bitter.

Great hotel right by the zoo. Great facilities, wonderful service, great breakfast. Fantastic value for money given the price of hotels in Jerusalem. If you don’t need to be right downtown this hotel is a real find!

The staff was amazing, breakfast was nice, and the pool was clean and big enough. We've been upgraded to a very clean, large room.

The choice of SPA treatments was a little bit poor. Also, the schedule was not exhaustive.

the staff was very nice and helpful. the rooms were good size and clean. the pool was great.

the only comment i have is breakfast. it was a bit disappointing. we had breakfasts in many hotels and this one was not good. the breads were not fresh, coffee was bad.
