Hotel Casa Fortuna

This place doesn’t look or feel like the photos they have uploaded on travel sites. The bedrooms are dirty and stink of mold and mildew. Not a clean place for western travelers.

The property is at a very good place from where almost everything is easily accessible. Atleast it was very convenient to me as I had work in a place nearby . Staff was helpful. Service was nice

They don't have fans in room. Only AC which makes it a bit uncomfortable as after a point you will start feeling cold and you don't have a fan . Rate can be a bit cheaper. We were 3 occupants but the room size was small

This property is in a good location and provides a plesant stay in busy Kolkata

The location was convenient for my plans. I stayed for almost ten days. Overall I was very satisfied. The staff was very efficient and professional, I was checked in by Rahul. The room was clean and the AC worked very well, it was the month of August and it felt nice to walk into the lobby and the room. The restaurant is excellent. It is fully veg, the food is very tasty. I remember the Kadahi paneer which I look forward to having again when I am back there. The restaurant is very popular can get crowded quickly during the peak dining times. The service at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was served there and I found it to my liking and I looked forward to my morning coffee, the veg delicacies and the great service.

Everything met my expectations. It is in a busy part of the city, but one inside I found the place to be secluded and did not feel the bustle right outside. Overall a convenient stay for me.
