Planet One Hotel & Wellness

The room was very nice, The plumbing was an issue, the shower was clogging and overflowed onto the floor. They change our room. The shower worked but the sink was clogging...... Towel rack was coming out of the wall. Would be nice if they noticed and repaired. I felt for the price I paid, it should have been better maintained...... Would I stay again ? probably yes, but would try to get a better rate.

I had my bag stolenWhen I asked for help regarding the general managers number and name it was not given to me. The staff were happy to take tips from me but not happy to help.

Good decor. Clean. helpful staff...BUT no hot water. Very disappointing. Not sure if it was a general thing or just the room I was given.

The hotel is a very well maintained place with very wonderful and helpful staff. I know I would be staying in this hotel every time I come to Nigeria and in the area. Good breakfast buffet. It's really a nice place to relax after a hectic day from the Lagos traffic jams. I would recommend this hotel any day.

The stay was quite interesting as it is very close to the Airport. The staff were very good. They attend to my request with despatch

Stayed at Planet One for a night in Oct. 2013. The price was pretty decent compared to other hotels in the same area and I was curious about it after seeing it from the outside several times while in Lagos on business. Overall, I was pleased with the experience: the staff were warm and friendly, service in the restaurant was fairly good and, while the breakfast was limited in selection, it got extra points from me for having made-to-order omelets. The rooms were good as well, with plenty of space and modern decor. The building is a bit old, but it seems well kept and we were comfortable throughout. I would recommend this hotel for short stays in and around Ikeja as it's a good value for the money compared to competitors in the same area.

Stayed there for two week period of my wedding, i had stayed in the executive room because i wanted as much comfort as possible. the major issue i have with planet one hotel is the overall plumbing situation. its was so bad that, i and my wife kept changing rooms, due to flooding from shower or jacuzzi, toilet didnt flush some times. for a hotel and room that expensive i would expect far better quality and response to these issues. The room were nice and neat, however the refrigerator was and heaters in the bathroom worked very poorly. the one bright spark i will give a huge pass mark to were the staff, they were nice, courteous and very professional. from the guy at the gym to the guys in the kitchen and then those at front desk, Guys keep it up.

Very courteous staff, rooms are clean and food was very good also.

My Stay in Planet one is fantastic there food is lovely there service is perfect..
