Close to hospital and Woolworths and Maccas. If your loved one is in hospital it's a great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walk to Woolworths to get supplies if you're there for a long stay. Hospital walking distance too.

"Convenient to why I was in Wellington"

Clean room, I was just sleeping and heading to the hospital which was a short 5 min walk. Was very comfortable and although I had a queen bed, the single bed was very comfy
