"Just what we needed. "

Very happy with this hotel. Better than others we’ve used in the area. Updated, clean, nice amenities in the lobby. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar but looked really nice. Used airport shuttle. On time and quick to the airport. We stay near the airport when we have an early flight out of San Jose.

A hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle that runs with regularity. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The huge bummer for us is that the air conditioning in our room did not work. This cost us an extra 40 minutes of trying to figure it out which drastically cut into the four hours of sleep we were hoping to get. They ended up bringing in room fans for us. The manager was a very apologetic and willing to give us a significant discount on our room. However, because we booked through a third-party, it is much more difficult.

"It was ok, a bit worn out.."

The conscience is the proximity to the airport and free shuttle. Overpriced. Breakfast is also very overpriced for what you get(25$). Room was big, but I would prefer a smaller room, but better breakfast.. I did not find any CNN or BBC channels, or any other channelsi English on TV…
