The Uplands Serviced Apartments

Loved everything. It had all we needed. Huge bed, shower, bath, suitably equipped kitchen. All good.

Lovely quiet area however very steep hill returning from town centre. No amenities close by except small supermarket so probably need car or factor in taxi fare costs. Understand issues with COVID however to have to call reception to have towels delivered was unacceptable. Good if you like peaceful but not ideal for a short break

The apartments are clean and surprisingly spacious, they are also well equipped for a short break, or a week long break like we took. The apartments are slightly dated in style, but very comfortable. Sun loungers are available to enjoy the sunshine and there is a small garden area with a picnic table for alfresco dining. The communication from the apartments both before our stay, and during our stay was very good. I would recommend the hiring of a car as although it's only a twenty minute walk to the centre of St Hellier, if you want to explore this beautiful island fully a car is a must, although there is a bus stop just outside the apartment. There is a token operated laundrette on site, which was a bonus. Although during the current situation you only get the apartment serviced on request this was not an issue. I would certainly recommend these apartments.

Lovely place to stay, two bus routes nearby plus small Morrison’s supermarket. Everything available you would expect plus washing machine facilities.

Comfortable apartment, fairly easy walk into St Helier, uphill walk back could be a problem to some. Free parking at apartment is a bonus as parking in town can be difficult when busy. Overall happy with apartment and location.

Has everything you need in a self catering apartment. Need a car or be a good walker to get to places. Only reason these apartments are not getting a 5* is the windows and doors are very old and when the Jersey winds blow you certainly feel the draughts thro them. Decent enough heating system though.

We stayed in Early September 2019. The apartment is just as advertised, in a very quiet location but only a 20 minute walk to St Helier centre (downhill there, uphill back!). Very well equipped and very comfortable, well looked after, and clean. We only stayed 5 nights but still had our sheets changed! Very comfortable king sized bed. It suits people who either want to take the busses like we did (several routes only a short walk) or hire a car (plenty of parking). Will be going back very happily next year.

We had lovely time here we walk to town 20min .got bus back 19 or 5 has all you need .on 1st day went to Iceland down town picked out what we want and del to apartment free as staying for a week. we would stay again the £8 bus ticket is a must all day for 8 pound we had upstairs and down as some are a lot smaller in size we will see you again soon thank you
