"Bad. Never going back. HVAC unit didn’t work and manager doesn’t care."

Horrible sleep: The wall HVAC unit made ridiculously loud nose every time it was running. My teenage kids and I kept waking up every time, and when we turned it off completely, the room became too warm for sleeping. Noise cancellation headphones only helped a bit. I told the receptionist in the morning I wanted to speak to the manager, and while he wasn’t there then, I was promised a call later in the morning. When I didn’t get a call, I called and was told the manager was taking leave for the day but he’d call when back. Guess what: I never received a call. This place just doesn’t care. They may assume most people are just passing through so don’t worry about retaining repeat customers.

"good for the price and location"

Room was big enough, Bed was comfortable , Breakfast was fresh and tasty No noise

Breakfast was with little variety cheese and no sausage and no bacon and no vegetables I dont enjoy using paper plate and plastic fork and knife Heating system filter need to be replaced it smells It would be so nice to have disposable slippers.
