"coś nie działa logistycznie"

Nie oceniam hotelu, ponieważ akurat nie ja byłam gościem, ale oceniam jakośc obsługi. Rezerwacja dokonana przez booking, dwukrotnie przed pobytem wysłana informacja z prośbą o wysłanie faktury po pobycie na maila, NIP podany przez dokononywaniu rezerwacji na booking. Tymczasme obiekt wystawil paragon, na osobę będącą gościem - zupełnie nie weryfikując informacji, ktore były podane podczas rezerwacji.

Someones socks in the shelf, hair in the bathroom, very poor breakfast with almost nothing left at 9.30. I should pay for 2 kids as much as for adult, they were sleeping in the same bed with me, no towels for thme, no additional pillows. Very disappointed
