Lage am Park, Allerdings aussenparkplätze mit Gebühr bei insgesamt hohem Preis

Schlechter Service insbesondere beim Check in und beim Frühstück am Wochenende. Eine Arbeitskraft kann nicht 140 Frühstücksgäste betreuen. Das Buffett insbesondere Wurst und Käse waren wie hingeschmissen.

Die Lage der Zimmer war gut. Die Sauberkeit im Haus und im Zimmer super.

Überrascht waren wir, dass jeweils nur für eine Person Bettzeug und Handtücher im Zimmer/ Bad waren. Sehr ungewöhnlich, wenn man ein Doppelzimmer bucht. Auch dass der Aufzug nicht funktionierte und auch bis zur Abreise nicht wieder intakt war, ist nicht gerade kundenfreundlich, zumal Gäste mit einer Gehbehinderung anreisen. Am nächsten Morgen war das Anstehen zum Frühstück Programm. Eng war es auch und wenn dann noch große Hunde mit den Frühstücksraum dürfen, ist das unserer Meinung nicht ideal und schon gar hygienisch.
