Hotel La Capannina

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questo hotel in 5 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La struttura è situata in una posizione tranquilla e panoramica in collina, a circa 20 minuti da Stresa, ideale per chi desidera rilassarsi lontano dal caos. Bella la vista sul lago, che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La colazione è varia con numerosi prodotti fatti in casa, tra cui ottime torte, biscotti e crêpe. Molto apprezzato anche il ristorante, che propone una vasta scelta di piatti ben preparati e realizzati con ingredienti locali. Una struttura che consiglio a chi cerca tranquillità, buona cucina e un'accoglienza calorosa sul Lago Maggiore.

The lady owner was kind and willing, we arrived very late after midnight so she took us to the hotel and accommodated us. Spacious room, amazingly beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast sufficient, as well as we also had an excellent lunch of homemade pasta. Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. A little bit oldfashioned but in a cosy way. Great staff, really friendly. I had a room with a view on the Lago Maggiorre! The room was really clean, absolutely perfect! The hotel entrance and breakfast room are decorated with old Valve Radio's, which creates a very nice atmosphere. The hotel focusses on tourists, but with a 40 minutes drive to Milan it is also suiteable for business travellers like me. Good breakfast, partly buffet and partly table served.

This is a simple but well-kept hotel. The big, big plus is that they have an excellent regional restaurant and a very nice terrace. We very much enjoyed our one night stay. Very friendly people.

The rooms do not have air condition, but big balconies - so that there are big doors one can open at night.

Zum 2.mal dort gewesen, herzlich aufgenommen, wenn man mit einfachen Unterkünften zufrieden ist, ist man da gut aufgehoben. Einfache aber wohlschmeckende italienische Küche am Abend. 2 Essen zur Auswahl. Kurvenreiche Anfahrt und man darf keine Angst vor schmalen Straßen mit eventuellem Gegenverkehr haben.

Super ! Juste une précision : l'hotel est "perdu" dans la montagne, et il n'y a pas assez de panneaux pour rassurer qu'on est bien sur la bonne route.
