Room was clean, adequate but front desk not very helpful.

Really appreciated the comfortable, high-quality bed and pillows. Very clean. Excellent location on Metro line.

One particularly helpful staff member made the experience a pleasure. Location great for on-foot exploring, more complicated for taxis, car pickups etc.

Great hotel. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. There is lots of homeless people gathering around the nearby metro station.never felt unsafe, but not great .

An excellent hotel for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location, for exploring historic Toulouse, could not be better! A short walk to the Place de Capitole and other major sites and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping. Spotless rooms and comfortable beds too.

The staff particularly Lisa and Liana were very helpful with information about the town and restaurants. Room was clean. I would recommend it.
