Hotel Le Rocce

The location was great, we had a beautiful room with a great view . The staff was friendly , helpfull and professional. The lication is also great because near the hotel it is a bua station to the Amalfi Coast We reccomand this hotel Gabriela- Romania

The best hotel and location we have ever stayed at. For one, the views from our balcony which was huge by the way, was surreal. The hotel manager and staff were extremely helpful at all times. Such an amazing hotel, the food was lovely too. I managed to plan my proposal from the balcony of my room and it is a moment I will never forget. Waking up to the views is something that will stay with me and my fiancée forever. We will be coming back here again 100%. I would always recommend this hotel to all.

Location: beautiful location in a small town about 600 metres able sea level. Beautiful view of the sea from my balcony. Very cheap and beautiful public bus ride to Amalfi. Small town has a nice little local grocery and alcohol store a couple minutes walk away. Nice selection of local restaurants a short walk away (I ate at Garden Pizzeria twice and loved their food and service). Room: very nice and comfortable queen sized bed. Good black out curtains, as there is no known way to turn of the balcony lights at nighttime. Poor wifi connection. Difficult to navigate the Italian language smart tablets in the room, therefore, I didn’t have anything from the minibar. Pool: very nice but 5€/day for a towel was a bit offsetting. I had my own, so I didn’t have to be charged. On site food: breakfast was excellent - lots of fresh options. Great coffee and beverages. Waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. Poolside food was good, however, a bit odd that they charge a seating fee for eating at the restaurant you’re staying at. Otherwise, their restaurant for other meals was closed for renos, but per my other comment above, there were a number of options just a short walk away in town. Staff: very friendly front staff, pool and waiting staff, and owner.

Views are great! Staff are amazing! Food and drink is great! Walking distance to the hike of the gods.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the owner. He explained the history of the hotel and how it had been in the family since its inception. The location is high on the cliff with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding villages. Our room was fantastic with an outdoor balcony with a view I will never forget. Tiled, marble, and granite floors through-out were sparkling clean. We stayed at six different hotels on our tour, Le Rocce was by far the best. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also the best of our tour. The mother makes the incredible pastries which changed daily. The waitstaff was so professional and always made sure you tried a particular item each day. All the cold food was in refrigerated glass cases. There was no food in disposable packaging which showed their concern for the environment. The hot food came out in small batches to insure its freshness. Everything about our room spoke comfort. The rain shower with multiple mood lighting was welcome after a long day of walking. Being in the hospitality business for 35 years I could not find one fault in this hotel. My only problem was that I could not stay longer. Hopefully one day I can return.

We spent 3 nights here in September 2024 and overall we had a very nice stay. The hotel suits people looking for a quality hotel in a quiet area of the AC . Location: Located in a quiet area of the AC. From the main road you take a lift up to reception. There are a few decent restaurants within walking distances. It is a 10 minute walk to the start of the Path of the Gods walk in Bomerano. Service: The staff and professional and helpful. They try to give the impression of high class and glamour which can come across a bit impersonal and arrogant at times. Public Transport: The hotel shares a shuttle bus with a few other hotels nearby. It runs to and from Amalfi 3 to 4 times a day and costs €3. It is too small to take suitcases. There is a Sita bus stop right outside the hotel. This bus can be very crowded but it runs more regularly and can take suitcases. It costs €2.80 and takes about 40 mins to get into Amalfi. This is quicker than the hotel shuttle as it goes out of the way to make pick up in different hotels. Room: We has a deluxe double with balcony and sea views. Overall a nice room with fantastic views. The WiFi in the room was poor. You had to keep reconnecting. Pool: Very nice pool. It was quiet when we visited so plenty of chairs. There is a pool bar that serves snacks but prices here are significantly more than the nearby restaurants.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything during my stay was flawless. The hotel manager, Baldo, is an absolute legend. I ran into a bit of a hiccup on my way from Napoli to Agerola (my own fault). He was so kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I arrived safely. Each of the staff members were so welcoming and kind. My room was stunning. The view exquisite. The entire pool area and view of the mountains is gorgeous. Few hotels that I have stayed at have provided the level of quality that Hotel Le Rocce did during my stay. It is also located walking distance from the stunning hike, the path of the gods. The town of Agerola is lovely to chill and take lunch or a coffee. There are also a number of beautiful restaurants in the area, and Hotel Le Rocce arranged for a car to bring me to and from an incredible Michelin restaurant, Baccofurore. They truly made my stay wonderful.

The owner is the heart & soul of the hotel. Staff and owner are super friendly and helped us a lot organizing our stay!
