Litt smale senger. Nydelig område, kommer tilbake.

Bra boende men för mycket störande musik från Restaurangerna på Onsdagskvällen

Jättemysigt hotell. Ingen hiss i nunneklostret. Lite varmt med MC kläder och packning. Men efter en dusch och lite bubbel från en välfylld minibar så vart det bra. Det var väldigt varmt när vi kom, cs 28 grader. Deras Spa är väl värt ett besök.

Superbra service och trevligt rum. Saknade dock aircondition.

Allt bra, skulle inte ha städning som noterades vid ankomsten men fick ändå. Inget att klaga på.

Fantastiskt läge nära till allt. Mycket trevligt hotel.

Hotellet ligger perfekt vid Vättern med möjlighet till bad vid stranden samt gångavstånd till slottet och charmiga gamla Vadstena.

A nice location. I was not overly happy with the check in . They could have given me more information. Not being from Sweden I didn’t understand everything. Ideas for food and drink would have been helpful.

Historic hotel in a wonderful setting ruined by terrible room and lack of service, the room we were given did not meet the standards I would expect from 4-star accommodation. My primary concern was the very loud generator located directly next to our room, which made it impossible to sleep with the windows open. Compounding this issue, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, resulting in an uncomfortably hot night. Additionally, when we returned to our room after dinner, there was no one available at reception to address our concerns, nor was there an emergency contact number provided. I find this lack of support particularly surprising and unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. Beyond these issues, the room itself felt cramped and dated, and the beds were both small and uncomfortably soft. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. Given the number of rooms available in your lovely historic building, I was surprised to be placed in a small outbuilding on a busy road next to a noisy generator. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as the current arrangement does not reflect the quality or comfort expected from a 4-star establishment.
