location molto bella e raffinata personale veramente molto gentile, un grazie speciale ad Anna della reception che ci ha indicato tanti bellissimi posti da visitare posizione strategica per i luoghi piu' belli anche se necessita la macchina ,colazione e cena con ottimi prodotti, veramente una vacanza rilassante e piacevole

Ravis de notre séjour à l’hôtel Balos Beach. Nous avons passé 8 jours exceptionnels . Grande Chambre confortable avec accès direct à la piscine ( Rez de chaussé ) Petits déjeuner et repas du soir très bons, large choix.Bon accueil des serveurs . Boissons en suppléments même en 1/2 pension ( l’eau aussi le soir) Vue sur la mer exceptionnelle . Levé du soleil magnifique . Ménage fait régulièrement dans les parties communes ( pour avoir vu le personnel le faire ) Parking pratique en haut de l’hôtel ( 10 places ) Très bon accueil à la réception. Panier repas petit dej demandé pour une excursion à 8h: parfait très complet . Petits cadeaux de départ très appréciables .

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'hotel per essere vicino alle spiagge più belle,comodo sotto questo aspetto. Se cercate la movida nei dintorni,non è il luogo adatto. Hotel molto bello, colazione e cena a buffet buona e molto abbondante. Gentilezza e cordialità ne fanno da padrona. Camera spaziosa con vista mare davvero bella Lo consiglio vivamente

We stayed 1 week in a nice appartment. A nice hotel 1 hour from Chania airport. Rental car is a good idea. Nice area with good snorkling by the stone beach. There are no umbrellas nor sunbeds at the beds (as seen in the hotels's pictures). Pool was great too and we had no problems finding a good spot. The very small kitchen was very limited the very only plates etc for 4 people (enough) and ONLY 2 small pots. No frying pan, chopping board, bowls or similar. So don't plan to cook to many dinners yourself. There are great restaurants in Kissamos and one 1 km away. The hotel offers only buffet in the evening.

Not bad, definitely could use some updating but you get what you pay for. Friendly service. Convenient if you plan on driving to Balos.

Good location when going to Balos, and nice staff. Biggest problem was the smell from the bathroom. It woke us up the first night smelling so bad. We went out in the morning and the smell was gone when we returned in the afternoon. But then it came back again same night. Checked out next day. Apart from the smell the hotel was okey, nothing more nothing less.

Très belle vue sur la mer au calme. Personnel très accueillant à l écoute et petit présent au départ et particulièrement apprécié.

Excellent séjour au Balos Beach Hôtel malgré un accueil médiocre vers 21h30 puis impersonnel ensuite. Le reste du personnel est souriant et efficace. Très proche de Balos Beach (route d'accès en mauvais état). Superbe emplacement, superbe vue (piscine, mer, montagne), chambre 404 au rez de chaussée géniale avec accès direct à la piscine.Très belle chambre avec belle, bon lit et salle de bain agréable et coffre-fort dans la chambre (clé à demander à l'accueil). Serviettes de bain fournies sur demande. Restaurant correct mais excellentes tavernes à 1km au village (gramvoussa et Fish Tavern notamment). Plage agréable avec taverne à Kissamos (après le port).
