Balos Beach Hotel

Très bon emplacement pour aller à Balos ou Elafonisi beach . Belle vue mer

Ok la struttura, la piscina e le camere molto spaziose e accoglienti. Il punto è strategico per le spiagge più belle. Letti non molto comodi. Cibo mediocre, cucina internazionale (poco cretese) di basso livello.

Very warm welcome ! The staff is very nice and helpful. Spacy rooms. Perfect location to go Balos lagoon (30 minutes by car and then 30 minutes’ walking)

Extra ! Un hôtel très bien entretenu rempli d'une très belle végétation luxuriante. Nous bénéficions d'une chambre refaite avec vue sur la montagne et des chants des cigales, quel bonheur d'être ici. La piscine est grande. Le restaurant Taverne on a vraiment aimer, service très bien, amabilité, super gentil, très propre. Du bonheur quoi ! Allez y !!!! De plus entre la montagne et la plage pas trop loin à 30-40 min. Franchement je recommande cet hôtel a découvrir et pas une quel nuit car c'est trop court ! Rapport qualité prix : extra

not worth the price, everything inside the room is cheap and old (kitchen), far away from everything, the „private“ beach is a disaster... Stay downtown in Kissamos!

We arrived to this hotel around 5pm after a long drive. The young lady in the reception either has little experience or little willingness to help..eg. unable to answer some questions regarding dinner menu ....lift her finger to help with our carry-on... Upon check-in our room, the room filled with urine smell, the bathroom area was wet, smelly and had some strand of ugly hairs... The hotel offered to move us to another room next day, not that night. We declined .. too trouble to move since we wanted to enjoy the Balos beach. Do not recommend.

Excellent stay. Very pleased with everything. The place exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing. Very good massage master. Outstanding restaurants just 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Beautiful location and wonderful helpful staff for anything you might need. The rooms were clean and large and the village which was only a 10 minute walk had some great tavernas.
