"Super hotel and staff"

Excellent service by the very welcoming and helpful staff. Maria, Ionela and Arpad and Mihai were absolutely great. Very professional and friendly, right there when you needed them. Great rooms with good mattresses (important at our age). Very good breakfast. On site car park at 60Ron per day. Within walking distance of excellent greek restaurant. Easy to get to town centre. Highly recommended.

All was good. Maybe introduce bananas for breakfast ?

"This is the place to stay in Cluj-Napoca"

The location is walking distance to everything. The trip started with Vanda writing to me to ask if there was anything they could do to prepare and make my trip more enjoyable. The hospitality did not stop there. When we checked in, there was a small issue with our AC and it was immediately checked on and the very friendly maintenance man came to ensure that it was then working properly. Prompt and professional, like I would expect from a Hilton. The breakfast was diverse and there were new choices every day which I rarely see in any hotel, especially a Hampton. The staff working the breakfast were friendly, constantly cleaning, and always ready to help. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Cluj-Napoca!
