정말 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다 제가 가본 3성급 호텔 중엔 최고입니다 이제까지 토요코인이 무난해서 혼여로 다녔지만 프레임 호텔 삿포로에서 3박을 하는 동안 하루하루가 감동이었습니다 삿포로는 이번이 두번째 여행인데 처음 갔을때 숙박은 옆에 위치하고 있는 APA호텔에서 했으나 혐한 회사라는거를 모르고 예약을 했습니다 이번에 머물렀던 프레임 호텔 삿포로는 들어가며 어설픈 일본어로 대화 하려는 순간 여직원 한분이 한국어로 대응을 해줬습니다 나중에 알고보니 일본 본토분이시고 한국인 친구들이 있어서 한국어를 배웠다고 하더군요 호텔 직원들 대부분이 한국문화에 관심이 많은 친한인이라 좋았습니다 든든하게 먹은 퀄리티 높은 조식 덕에 삿포로의 하루가 너무 기대가 됐고 일정을 마치고 돌아오면 쉴 수 있는 대욕탕과 마사지 기계도 굿이었습니다. 조식은 꼭 포함해서 예약하세요!!! 몇천원 아꼈다가 후회하십니다. 그만큼 강추추입니다. 방도 일본 비지니스 호텔치고 넓었으며 깔끔합니다 스스키노역에 2블럭 정도 걸어가면 될 정도로 지리적 위치도 좋습니다 다음에 삿포로에 여행을 가게 되면 꼭 여기에 다시 머무를겁니다 직원들 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행이었습니다 삿포로에서 좋은 추억만 가득 담아 가게 해주셔서 감사합니다 ^^

this is a good value hotel in a good location in Sapporo. 10 minute walk to nightlife and close to a tram station. Room was quiet and clean, I would stay here again. The staff were very helpful even though they only had a little English.

工事中でしたがうるさくなく良かったです。

I stayed here for three nights recently for a long weekend. The hotel was fairly easy to find from Susukino station - about a 5 minute walk. When we arrived we couldn’t actually find the hotel because it was under scaffolding! But there is a sign, and I imagine it’d be easy to find without the coverings. There’s a staircase up to the lobby, but if you’ve got luggage there is a lift behind the staircase. Check in was 3pm onwards, but we arrived early. They allowed us to drop our bags and go exploring until check in time. When we got back our bags had been taken to our room already! We didn’t order breakfast in advance, but were told that we could request it (had to be booked the day before though). The room was a good size (room for two large suitcases without getting under your feet). The bed was comfy and fit two people without a bother. Bathrooms are small but the shower was good and hot, so we had no complaints there! Only downside from our experience was that the walls are paper thin - we could hear people coughing in the next room. Also we weren’t forewarned about the noisy decoration works going on around the hotel until the end of April 2019. Lots of noise until 6pm and no view out of the windows thanks to the scaffolding and covers. Overall I’d recommend the Frame Hotel, due to its proximity to the city sights and train stations, and we’d probably stay here again.

建物はやや古い感じがしますが、部屋の中にあるユニットバスが新しくて快適でした。また、暖房にパネルヒーターを採用していて、とても暖かかったです。全体的にメンテナンスをきっちりやっている感じがします。（大浴場と昼食は利用してないので、評価の対象にしていません。）

The hotel is clean and there is free enter big bath area.

외부 수리중이었어요. 호텔입구계단은 나선형으로 되어있어 짐을 들고 오르기에 불편했습니다. 방은 가격대비 만족했습니다. 깨끗했고,식당도 조용하고 친절하게 대응해주었습니다. 3층에는 communial bath room 이 있고 , 3층로비에 안마의자도 갖추어져 있습니다. 대로변은 아니지만 스스키노역에서 걸어서 7~8분정도입니다. 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

すすきの駅から近く、静かな場所にある。 部屋は窓が小さいが、とても綺麗で必要十分。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂いたところ、戻った際部屋に入れてくださっていた。 ありがとうございます！

The hotel is clean. English speaking staff are helpful and friendly. The location is close to Susukino subway station. It is value for money and time for travelers to stay in this hotel where filled atmosphere with culture, nature, art, the spiritual especially a japanese breakfast and free onsen. It is safety although earthquake at 5.7 richter scale happened while I stayed there.
