大浴場とリラックススペースがあって良かったです。

호텔 직원 및 객실 서비스가 친절하고 좋아 만족합니다. 그리고 대욕장과 안마의자를 이용할 수 있는 점이 좋았으며 특히 아침식사가 가격대비 괜찮습니다. 트윈실 객실은 깨끗한 편이나 공간이 좁아 두 사람의 캐리어를 놓기가 조금 애매했읍니다. 위치도 스스키노역에서 멀지 않아 이동이 편했으며, 주변에 맛집이 멀지 않고 특히 라휘라 건물내 큰 슈퍼마켓을 이용할 수 있어 북해도의 신선한 야채,과일,먹거리 등을 즐길 수 있어 좋았읍니다.

This hotel is an affordable yet nice hotel in Susukino, Sapporo. It takes @6 min. walk from the Subway Susukino Station, but it is close(3 min. walk) to the station of trolley line, and thus it is convenient to go to the Ropeway of Mt. Moiwa: take the trolley line and get off at the Ropeway entrance, and walk to the bus stop, where a shutte bus will pick you up to the Ropeway station. It's good to stay this hotel at Susukino!!

We had the worst service received from one of the hotel staff who refused to reveal her name when we said we are going to complain her. They speak limited English but that particular staff was very rude when we drive into the parking lot (our lot was taken by other guest hence we took another lot). She was raising her voice and scolding us for parking in another lot and Did not park in our designated lot(which was already taken by others). Check out time was 10am and was not communicated to us on first day during check-in and on the last day of check out, we checked the website and it states 11am. At 10am, the same staff called and asked us to check out NOW and HURRY UP raising her voice. This is the worst customer service we had experienced. Otherwise location is good for the price you paid. The common bath is not hot spring nor onset, just normal hot tap water. Really bad and rude for the particular staff otherwise the rest are OK.

The room rate is reasonable. It is included breakfast, free use of massage chair and hot spring. Register as member and book directly through its website, enjoy the special member benefits. Easy access location.

喫煙のお部屋に泊まりました。 入った瞬間やふとした時にタバコの臭いがしたので喫煙者だけど臭いが気になりました… わがままですかね… 窓はありましたがモザイクガラスみたいな感じで外は見れず、窓も少ししか開かないので換気ができないのが残念でした。 お部屋にリセッシュが常備されていたので助かりました。 どうしても湯船に浸かりたかったのでバスルームがあること、なおかつ安い事が条件でしたが、リフォーム済みなのかユニットだったけどお風呂が綺麗で大浴場は使いませんでした。大浴場は時間が決まっていて入りたい時間に入れないのもありましたがバスルームが綺麗だったので快適でした。 近隣で工事をしていたせいかその音が少し気になりましたが所詮観光で寝るだけのために帰ってるようなものなのでそこは問題ありませんでした。 加湿器やコテが貸出備品としてあり、パジャマやくし、カミソリはフロント前でピックアップできたのでアメニティにも困りませんでした。 (シャンプー類やパジャマは持って行きましたが。) 到着が早かったので荷物を預けてから遊びに出かけたのですが帰ってきてチェックインをしたら荷物が部屋に入っていてびっくり！有り難かったです。 ホテルは高くて無理、ゲストハウスはプライベートがないから… と思ってる方にはオススメしたいホテルです！ もし、また北海道に行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。 ちなみに札幌駅から歩いてホテルに行きましたが荷物が沢山なければ30分はかからないので歩くのが苦ではない方は歩いても行けます。 東京と違って電車やバスは大体200円からなので沢山乗る方は1日切符がオススメです！

very helpful and nice staff, very near to 7E and family mart.Easy to buy anything ad hoc.Comfortable rooms with perfect toiletries. This hotel not very far from subway = (susukino station.) Easy to access tram.

Walking to Susukino takes about 7-10mins at a leisurely pace. Wifi connection was excellent (able to stream of Youtube videos at 1080p). Hotel staff were very courteous. Room was functional. Only downside is only 1 small pillow provided in the room. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!
