L’emplacement, la propreté

L’accueil et la vetusté des locaux( douche avec bac et rideau en plastique suspendu à un cerclage rouillé, chasse d’eau à l’ancienne, ascenseur très ancien, ) l’hôtel est dans son jus et ne semble pas rénové depuis les années 60. Le balcon est pratiquement inaccassible avec les volets et les 2 chaises on ne peut s’y installer.

Posizione fantastica, personale accogliente, struttura pulita. Il balconcino sul porto.... la ciliegina sulla torta !

L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue imprenable sur le vieux port. La literie est bonne et confortable.

L’emplacement étant très touristique, il y a du bruit dans les rues et dans l’hôtel (portes qui claquent).

The location is amazing, right on the Venetian harbour and the price is amazing, given that location. The staff are lovely. I keep returning!

It's a hotel of a certain age and although many improvements have been made over the years I have stayed there, you need to be realistic about Cretan bathrooms, for example - all functional, but there may not be a shower curtain, or the shower area is small or the bathroom in general is small. For me, NOT a complaint, just trying to manage the expectations of future visitors.
