Sea Haven Resort Motel

Stayed one night recently on way to catch the morning ferry in Montauk. The host was very nice and gave us a lovely room with an amazing four post King bed. Room was recently remodeled. Very clean, new TV, good AC, and a large clean bathroom, small fridge and kitchen area. Not fancy, but met all our needs. Close to marina and a beach, and the nearby Edgewater Restaurant in Southampton. Location was off 27 on a quiet street which provided a good night’s sleep.

This a throw back place. The toilet & tub were in need of cleaning. The grounds needed a lot of work. We were very uncomfortable. It was on a side road near Rt 27 with no idea why it was there. Unless the small road it was on preceded the existing Rt 27. The man in the office was very nice which is really all I can say positive about the place.

I was in Seahaven resort motel for the 2018 Golf championship,very reasonably priced and very clean room.the staff is very hospitable.wifi was good location is excellent.Very close to the Golf club and the beaches.

Needed a one night stay for my brother and I for a two day fishing trip. Got there around 8:00. The office and space behind the curtain should have been warning enough. The grounds were not neat, clean and uncluttered. We should have ran then, but were exhausted from being up since 3;00 a.m. I was put in room # 9. To name some of the problems in the room: Broken fire alarm Feces marks inside the toilet, dried urine splattered on the toilet seat, we had to scrub ourselves with cleaner. Shower filthy with mold an dirt Stains that looked like blood or poop on the wall in the bedroom. No curtain in the bathroom for privacy, had to hang a towel with a thumb tack. Holes in walls poorly plastered, and not even painted to match the wall. Filthy bathroom floor in all corners and in the middle. Bathroom cabinet filthy and heavily deteriorated. Some kind of white crap on the bedroom mirror. Door had a very weak loose dead bolt, easily could be penetrated to gain entrance That same door was filthy on the inside To get in or our of the bathroom, you have to do circus acts because the second bed is right up against the wall. WIFI was poor. There was a bad oror in the bedroom, and a worse odor in the bathroom. There were lightbulbs missing in each lamp so when you reach for the switch you can get an electric shock. I could go on with more, but please see the photos for yourself. This place is an absolute disgrace and we paid $179.00 to stay there!!!! Wish I would have slept in my car instead. Seriously.

We needed a last minute place to stay in the area and this was the only place available. Very expensive for the night - over $500 with taxes - but it was last minute and the only room left in the area so understandable. It's a typical motel where you park right in front. Off a quiet street but easy to get to. Was quiet and felt safe. The best thing about this place is the management. They were so lovely and accommodating. Our room was not as depicted on the site. Quite a few holes (angry hotel stayers?). The bathroom was clean, especially the shower but small and not updated. Upon request they gave me a hairdryer and told me to keep it for the remainder of the stay. The room was very tight, At 95lbs I could barely squeak between one of the double beds and the wall on my way to the bathroom. The fridge was large and freestanding and made a lot of noise during the night and there was no counter surrounding it/next to it as depicted in the photos. No closet to hand anything nor a hook. The window/wall air conditioning worked well. For what we needed it was a great location and served our purpose.

Lovely place to stay and very pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean.The room is very spacious It has good parking facility. Can't recommend it enough. Ihave been to a lot of hotels and this was the best by far. Very Good !!!

Budget pricing for this area. There was a kitchenette in our room and a full size refrigerator. Parking is free The owner was nice. Clean rooms. It is off-beach property however minutes away from famous coopers beach.I stayed In a 2 double bedded room for 3 nites and was provided maid service everyday.
