とても良かったです

部屋がとても綺麗でトイレとバスルームが分かれていて良かったです。 朝食はサンドウィッチを3種類から選べるので連泊でも飽きることがありませんでした。 ホテル周辺は静かですが少し歩けばすすきのに行けるので良かったです。

お手ごろです

コンパクトで清潔感は良かったのですが、改装工事中である事と駐車場が先着順でホテルの敷地内ではない事などが予約の段階で表示されてないのが残念です。あと室内用のスリッパが破けていてはけませんでした。

とても快適でした タイルの床だと靴についた雪が溶けてビショビショになってしまったので ちょっと良くなかったかな

The trip was great my daughter and enjoyed our trip and your hotel was very convenient. Everything was close by. The room was comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

バストイレ別なことはとても落ち着いた 水のでが悪いのでそこは困ったし1階にしかレンジがなくていちいち降りるの嫌だから途中の階にも自販機レンジなど置いて欲しい キャリーを広げるスペースなかった

The ceramics tiled foor at the entrance of the lobby and lift was not completely cover by carpets. Melted snow made them very slippery and my partner fell. But no one from the reception came to find out if she is ok.

The hotel is a short walk from the Sapporo station. Front desk was very friendly. The room was clean, it had a heater and air purifier. It’s more like a tiny apartment, it had a washer and a tiny kitchenette. You can grab toiletries etc in the lobby. (It’s fully stocked and they even had sheet face masks!) The hallway was full of boxes with things. I don’t know if that was temporary or if they use the hallway for storage.

かなり早めにホテルに着いてしまったのですが、チェックインの時間を早めていただき助かりました。また、部屋もバスとトイレ、洗面が独立していたので、とても過ごしやすく快適でした。Zeppも近く立地も良かったです。
