Incredible setting with both the exterior and interior designed to perfection. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and fitted with top-quality amenities. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel adds a refined touch, making the whole experience truly special. Service is outstanding—especially the daytime receptionist, Bi8bo, who was exceptionally helpful. Housekeeping is impeccable, keeping everything spotless. IT is great when I had issue with VPN. Without a doubt, this is a true 5-star hotel and one of the best I’ve stayed in.

While the overall stay was excellent, a few areas could be improved. The cocktail at the bar was disappointing, and breakfast felt quite average—definitely not worth the additional cost. Some night staff members seemed to overlook small details that are expected in a 5-star property. More training definitely needed.

The beautiful Artistic Themes, the beautiful decorations, the Jazz music 🎷 playing. The staff personal so helpful,Kind, and accommodating with delicious treats and wet towels & refreshing drinks to greet/welcome guess. Perfect location near to Authentic Asian cuisine and shopping malls( The Silk). Best ivee all Hotel I've stayed so far.

Es un hotel único, instalaciones ubicación perfecta, todo cuidando el mínimo detalle, muy original diferente a todo. El servicio la atención de primera, hasta el punto q se dieron cuenta que no había podido hacer funcionar la cafetera de la habitación y me dejaron una notita que decía q lo dejaban listo para usar. Nos ayudaron con la excursión a la muralla sin dudas un hotel de 10 para recomendar

Особых комментариев нет, депозит вернули обратно на карту в течении 1-2 дней. Комплиментов от отеля нет / хотя с такими ценами, каждый день могли бы , что то придумывать. Средняя цена в сутки от 50 000 р. … внимание отеля гостям практически нет, пришел, ушел им все равно) ну убрались) уже спасибо) Бар, очень скромное меню) ну и народу там нет. В целом не плохо) но дорого

Beautiful Hotel with Artful Design and Perfect Location! This hotel is truly a gem! The location is ideal—directly connected to a mall, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient. The design and atmosphere are truly unique; every corner of the hotel felt like a piece of art. It was a pleasure just walking around and admiring the details. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. A special thank you to the General Manager for the kind gesture of offering a lovely souvenir to me and my husband at check-out. It was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 8 or 10 years. Is my favorite hotel in the world. The service is superb!! They take care of every detail, and always make you feel important. Will keep staying here in the future.
